This four-hour retreat at Wells House & Gardens is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.
We begin the day with an opening cacao ceremony, gently guiding you into the space. From here, we step into a mindful walk through the gardens — allowing the body to ground, the mind to soften, and any stagnant or heavy energy to begin to release. Surrounded by nature and held by the land, your nervous system is invited to slow, settle, and restore.
Returning indoors, you will be guided through a grounding yoga practice and meditation. This is a gentle, breath-led experience designed to support reconnection with your body in a way that feels steady and intuitive. There is no pressure to push or perform — only an invitation to move in a way that feels right for you.
As the day unfolds, we move into guided journaling and intention setting. This is a quiet space for reflection, clarity, and inner awareness. You are not required to share — simply to listen, notice, and set intentions that feel aligned for where you are right now.
We close the experience with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the body and mind to fully integrate the day and drop into a state of calm presence.
