This four-hour retreat at Wells House & Gardens is an invitation to step out of the noise and gently return to yourself.

You’ll be welcomed into the space with tea and time to arrive, a moment to settle in, soften, and ease into the day at your own pace. There are no expectations of the day, just an invitation to show up as you are and come home to yourself.

We begin together with a gentle, flowy yoga practice. This is an intuitive, breath-led class designed to help you move energy through the body, loosen tension, and come back into rhythm with yourself. Within this space, you’ll be guided to set quiet intentions for the day ahead.

Following practice, we take time to enjoy a nourishing breakfast together, a chance to refuel, connect, and continue easing into the day. Snacks will also be available throughout, so you feel supported and cared for from start to finish.

From here, we move into guided journaling, a moment to pause, reflect, and bring awareness to what is present for you. This is a personal practice, with no pressure, simply an opportunity to listen inward.

As the day unfolds, we step outside into the beautiful grounds of Wells House for a cacao experience and mindful walk. With cacao in hand, you’ll be guided through the gardens, allowing the body to soften, the mind to clear, and your senses to fully take in the surroundings. This is a space to gently release, reconnect with nature, and simply be present.

Returning indoors, we close with a deeply restorative sound bath. Here, the body can fully soften, a space to rest, integrate, and absorb everything from the day.

We finish gently, allowing you to leave feeling more open, clear, and reconnected.

Set within the beauty and stillness of Wells House & Gardens, rich in history and held by nature, this retreat offers space to pause, reset, and simply be.

This retreat is suitable for all levels. No previous experience is needed, just a willingness to come as you are.

Private Experiences During your Stay

If you feel called to take some time for yourself during your stay, I offer private, tailored sessions that can be booked just for you or shared with friends or family.

Each experience is designed around you, whether that’s rest, clarity, or simply space to reset.

  • A space to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels steady and intuitive.

    These sessions are gentle, flow-based, and guided with awareness — supporting you to release tension, build strength, and come back into yourself.

    Available as private 1:1 sessions or small group classes during your stay, each experience is adapted to suit your level and what your body needs on the day.

  • A quiet, restorative session designed to support your nervous system and bring the body back into balance.

    Reiki works gently to release stored tension, calm the mind, and create space for deeper rest and clarity.

    These sessions are offered as 1:1 treatments or can be shared in a small group setting, creating a deeply grounding and calming experience during your time at Wells.

  • A guided experience using ceremonial cacao to gently open the body and create space for reflection, connection, and presence.

    This can be experienced on its own or combined with meditation, gentle movement, or sound healing.

    Whether shared with others or experienced privately, this is a slower, more intentional space to pause and reconnect.

  • A more personalised experience created around you and your stay.

    These sessions can combine elements such as yoga, Reiki, cacao, meditation, or sound healing — depending on what you feel drawn to or need most in the moment.

    Designed for individuals, couples, or small groups, this is a way to create a meaningful and restorative experience without leaving the grounds.

What if I have never been to anything like this before?

That’s completely okay; this retreat is designed with beginners and experienced practitioners in mind. Everything is guided gently and clearly, with plenty of options to rest or take things at your own pace. There is no pressure to participate in everything fully; you’re always invited to listen to your body and do what feels right for you. We will have a beuatiful room to rest beside the fire if that is what your body & mind needs.


What is Cacao?

Cacao is a natural, heart-opening plant medicine made from pure ceremonial-grade cacao. In this setting, it’s used gently to support grounding, intention setting, and connection. The dose is light and supportive — not overwhelming — and you’re always welcome to have less or opt out if it doesn’t feel right for you.


Can I go on my own?

Absolutely. Many people attend on their own, and you’ll be warmly welcomed. The space is intentionally held so you can feel comfortable arriving solo, while still feeling supported and part of the group if you choose. I offer an earlier start time for people feeling nervous, you will be met by Jess, our host beforehand and any questions you have can be answered before the cermony begins.

How can I contact you?

You're welcome to come in comfortable, warm clothes suitable for movement and walking. As well as this, bring your journal and pen. A blanket if you tend to run cold, and anything else you need to feel comfortable.

What should I bring?


Jess is the founder and guiding presence behind Soul Yoga & Growth. She lives her life teaching yoga, offering life coaching, and creating spaces where people feel truly seen and heard.

Having lived through waves of anxiety and depression for much of her life, Jess knows firsthand how isolating it can feel to move through the world without a sense of belonging. This led her to leave Ireland for seven years in search of a place where she could be herself — supported, understood, and accepted.

In December 2024, Jess returned to her hometown of Gorey, Wexford, and began building Soul almost immediately. What started as a personal calling has grown into a space rooted in lived experience, deep listening, and compassionate guidance.

Through her work, Jess brings not only her training and professional experience, but a deep understanding of what it means to navigate life’s challenges. There is very little she hasn’t encountered through her own journey or her work with others, and she believes that healing begins when we feel safe enough to be exactly who we are.
