€80 | Approximately 90 minutes | Gorey, Co. Wexford
A little time and space, just for you.
My 1:1 Reiki sessions offer an opportunity to slow down, step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy-based practice that encourages relaxation and a sense of calm. Whether you're navigating a stressful period, feeling emotionally overwhelmed or simply craving some dedicated time for yourself, these sessions are an invitation to pause and unwind.
Each session is personalised and may incorporate guided meditation, sound healing or gentle conversation, depending on your individual needs.
No previous Reiki experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
Once your booking is confirmed, I'll personally reach out to arrange a date and time that works best for us both.
Sessions take place in Ballygarret. Wexford, and I'll provide full location details once we've arranged your appointment.
I look forward to welcoming you.
